Funko Launches A New Wave Of Marvel Zombies Pop Figures With Exclusives

Earth’s mightiest heroes morphed into the living dead owing to the infectious outbreak that rendered them as zombies in the original Marvel Zombies comic series. Having run from December 2005 to April 2006, it got mixed responses from the fan base and became infamous for its gore and violent storylines. However, the follow-up comics has seen many fans increased fondness for this grim alternate universe over time. The much-awaited New York Toy fair is finally in full bloom. Comic book fans will soon be able to get their hands on some of their favorite flesh-eating superheroes and villains from Marvel Zombies in the form of Funko POP! Marvel Zombies first kicked off in the Marvel-verse as a limited series back in December of 2005, and has since spun off into numerous other Marvel Zombies runs.

However, now they need fret no more, for they will soon be able to get their hands on some of their favourite flesh-eating superheroes and villains from Marvel Zombies. Well, because Funko Marvel Zombies POP Vinyls are now up for order, including Gambit, Mysterio, Magneto, store exclusives and more! Marvel lifted the veil on the new toys at the New York Toy Fair, with several of our favourite characters making their zombie vinyl debut. The new line ofMarvel ZombiesFunko Popsis not only insanely awesome, but also a pretty big drop featuring a ton of really sweet zombifications of fan-favorite characters. This new line has four commons, four retailer exclusives, a bunch Mystery Minis, and few sweet Pocket Pop keychains. Collectors can find the special edition Zombie Wolverine on Entertainment Earth, with the bonus of being glow in the dark. The second glow in the dark figure, the special edition of Mysterio, is exclusive to Walmart.

All of these Marvel Zombies designs are beautifully sculpted, and it's adds new horrific detail to some of your favorite Marvel heroes and villains. Marvel Zombies Funko Pops I can only imagine that most of these Pop will be released as retailer exclusives since most of this Pop wave has already been released at set exclusives. Only four original common Pops are released in the main wave with Wolverine, Deadpool, Mysterio, and the Hulk. All of the other Pops from Funko that have been released, like Red Skull, Silver Surfer, Daredevil, and more, have all been set as retailer exclusives. No pre-order information has been revealed by Funko just yet, but we can imagine we will see them in the coming weeks. In the meantime, fans can start building their own Marvel Zombies collection from the ground up starting here.

Zombie Venom is exclusive to Gamestop, as well as some exclusive minis of Black & White Deadpool, Zombie She-Hulk, and Glow Gambit. Zombie Silver Surfer is exclusive to Hot Topic. Even local comic shops will be getting in on the exclusive pieces with the Specialty Series Minis like Glow Wolverine, B&W Magneto, and a Marvel Zombies Daredevil. Aside from the exclusive minis, a ton of common minis are on their way, including a Zombie Hulk and Zombie dark Phoenix. There are thousands of Funko Pop toys out there, and thankfully it’s not that difficult to find some excellent deals.
